Because we work with perishable goods, we cannot offer general returns. However, your satisfaction matters, and we’re here to help if:

  1. Wrong Item Delivered
    You received a product that was not part of your original order? Let us know within 12 hours of delivery, and we’ll correct it promptly.
  2. Spoiled or Damaged Item
    If your item arrives visibly spoiled, crushed, or unusable, please contact us with a photo at the time of delivery. We’ll issue a replacement or credit as appropriate.
